V-type thrust rod assembly device is usually set on the middle and rear axles of trucks and used in pairs. One end of the spring plate is hinged with the frame through a spherical pin, the other end is installed on the axle, and is hinged with the axle through a joint bearing. The main function of the spring plate is to stabilize the axle, maintain the stable position of the axle, and overcome the disadvantage that the spring plate can only transfer the longitudinal and lateral forces, but not the traction, braking force and the corresponding reaction torque. Therefore, when the truck is overloaded, the V-type thrust bar can effectively distribute the impact load to the longitudinal beams on both sides of the vehicle body, so as to reduce the impact on the axle housing and chassis. At the same time, due to the poor working condition of the truck, if the V-type thrust rod is not well sealed, the sand and other materials will easily enter the upper ball seat, accelerate the wear of the joint bearing assembly, resulting in the performance degradation of the whole assembly, and greatly reduce the service life.
